Disappointed in the meals. Me and my sons jumbo chicken was large pieces of fried breading, no chicken in between We ordered... two medium jumbo chicken combos. They brought us two small fries. They gave us the medium fries but we had to give back oursmall fries. 21.00 dollar meal I will not go there again. Unfriendly. Read more

I might just be too picky but honestly I think that a place based and convenience of pulling up and getting your food should be... relatively easy to communicate that. When I pulled in yesterday they had signs on all their boards to call in your order butdid not make sure that the phone number was on there so nobody really knows how to get a hold of them if they don't haveinternet. My phone was messing up at the time and not allowed to use data for some reason. I had a very difficult time andultimately had to move to another place just to get service. Heard a lot of people say they've had bad experiences here. Ihaven't personally had bad food experiences except for one time which might have been my fault because I might not have fullyunderstood what I was asking for. I will say though if you're going to tell people to call in leave a number so that we can geta hold of you. It would have been really bad had I not had an open space to pull into that was able to call in I might not havehad service without having to get out of my car and go find someone and the worst part was that my food was being made alreadybecause I had checked in but it wouldn't allow me to put my number in or say I was there but I had put a time in because theyinsist that you do that Luckily it was all okay and I was only about 5 minutes past the time I said I would be but it reallyfrustrated me that I had to repeatedly try to figure out how to get a hold of them with no internet and no way to call them andultimately moved and if that didn't work I was going to have to actually just grab somebody working there and tell them. Placed an order on the sonic app at 9:53. My daughter shut down at 10 o?clock. After sitting there 53 minutes my daughter called... back in to the restaurant, was told they are short on cooks. Staff informed her they would refund my card. My daughter left. Mycard was not refunded. When I called the location, I was told I have to call 1-800 SONIC, which isn?t a number. They told methey had no control over refunding through the SONIC app, even though they told my daughter they would refund her money. I canunderstand short staffed, but I don?t appreciate being lied to and given false information. Read more

Don't stop here!!! Pulled in to order which took 10 minutes before I could even speak to anyone. And they were slow at the time.... Almost all stalls empty. After placing our order waited 30 minutes with no food coming to our car. Finally went inside and got arefund on our card which were supposed to see in 3 to 5 business days. Guess we'll see about that. People inside weren't veryfriendly either. Read more
