Staff didn?t know the menu they charged us for items they couldn?t even remember to place in our bag and on top of it all they... skimmed all the portions . All sides looked and tasted like they have been sitting under a warmer for the whole day. The womanat the register didn?t even apologize for in incompetence . 15 dollar an hour wages for people who can?t even double check anorder poor service this place doesn?t even deserve 1 star! Needs new management! Doesn?t know how to manage its employees or keep the food they advertise in stock. Literally told me at... 4pm that they were out of spicy chicken and flat out wouldn?t cook anymore, ?because they were too busy?!! Are you kidding me?You can?t fulfill your job because you are doing your job? Sheer laziness. It?s the epitome of why nothing works anymore. Like,I?d go back in kitchen and do it myself if you aren?t intelligent enough to keep a business running. And this is continuouslyhappening with this location! We ordered a 10pc meal and chicken tastes very bland & no biscuits & no white meat chicken available. Hours are different from... website vs on the door. Not sure if will return or not was disappointed but had no time to run up there again. Read more
