After my favorite café in Belleville closed, I tried out Joe and Onie's and quickly became a regular as they make the best... version of my favorite drink compared to any other café. The staff and owners are eager to please, accommodating most anyrequest. I tried a variation of my favorite drink today, the gingersnap chai latte, and it was even better than the normal chailatte. I almost always order the breakfast sandwich on ciabatta with bacon. The spicy aioli and Sriracha marmalade make thissandwich stand out from any other breakfast sandwich I've tried on Main Street. I'm also always satisfied with the price. Youget a lot of bang for your buck and will find yourself spending more on less quality anywhere else. There's a corner with akeyboard stand for live music. My friend told me she spent a Sunday morning there listening to live music, but I've never beenwhile someone was playing. I also noticed during my most recent visit that they have a wall of local art for sale. Can't ask formuch more than stellar food, service, and a business supporting locals. They won the Belleville Chili Cook-off this year, soI'll be back soon to try that! Read more
Great food, coffee, and deserts!! Everyone is friendly too! There's no reason to go to the chain coffee / sandwich shops when... you can purchase from a local business where the money stays here. Oh, and their chili won in the 2022 chili cook-off!!! Iplaced a large order and, unlike what happens so often at chain stores, it was completely accurate! Read more
Really good breakfast sandwich, aioli is good and the salsa is too! Great place for a good sandwich in the morning with coffee
I feel like the quality of the milk is subpar and their milk texturing skills are lacking. I got the white chocolate hazelnut... latte and it tasted watered down. My girlfriends coffee was similar in texture and consistency. There biscuits and gravy wassavory, but you can tell that it was canned and just warmed up. Their food containers will work perfectly for my meal prep, though. I?ll come back for the biscuits and gravy, 2 more times, so I can have a weeks worth of meal prep containers at home. Read more
