I feel that the customer service can be better. Whenever I order a meal they up charge for the drink without asking. Many times.... If I ask for sauce they don?t give what I ask for. Just saying we pay for food and service. One worker said the training theresucks and he is quitting. Read more

Service could be a little more better. Don't go through the Drive-thru if ordering any ice cream/frostys. It gets so busy and... you're waiting on line for so long, that by the time you do receive your order it's melted halfway.
