Been their twice and the food is great. Love their mashed potatoes and gravy and eat it alone as a meal! The manager( forget... his name now) my first time there 2 weeks ago during the late afternoon was so helpful to me me and my son. He was very happyto help us in any way he could to get the best deals possible. I wish all managers were and kind,patient and willing to go theextra mile as he was. The BEST chicken tenders around, hands down! Really nice, clean, restaurant. Chicken was freshly made and delicious.
We came in and ordered two four piece spicy chicken combos, when we ordered we were told that it would take 17 minutes, which... was pretty long but tolerable because we knew we would be getting fresh food. I went back in after 17 minutes, and they told meit would be another 8 minutes, and argued with me that it hadn't been 17 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food and 17minutes is pretty intolerable in the first place, but to make us wait even longer and argue that we were wrong about time passedis just ridiculous. Read more

Being a frequent customer of Popeyes chicken at many other locations across Ontario I decided to try this location for the first... time in Belleville. I usually order the same thing 2 spicy Chicken biscuits, now this isn?t the most popular item but it isindeed on their menu. The girl taking my order did not know what it was and asked me if I wanted the spicy chicken sandwich ?Which I replied no I wanted the spicy chicken biscuits. She then proceeded to tell me that the chicken biscuit only comes inmild so I guess I have to take that, After paying for my order I noticed the bag was much lighter than usual and opened it atthe window. Found that the amount of chicken on each biscuit was about the size of a nugget and missing about 75% of the meatit usually has so I asked her where the rest of the meat was? her response was this is the way that it comes to which I hadsaid I have never seen it served like this before can I get some more chicken on these ? Her response was if I wanted more Iwould have to purchase more. I thought I would give them the opportunity to make it right but they did not seem interested indoing that so at that point I decided to just leave and will not be returning to this location again.
