The food was good! But the customer service was terrible!!!!!!!. The lady who took our orders seemed like she was annoyed w me... when I was asking about alternative milk options and gave attitude the whole time. I had told the lady who took my order Iwanted the bread gluten free and it wasn?t communicated to the women making the food. when I saw they put my order in a wrap noton gf bread the lady who was making the food w attitude threw the wrap into the garbage aggressively and stormed away. Itdoesn?t seem like they take dietary restrictions seriously and I am celiac and get sick when ingesting gluten. The food and coffee is decent. The customer service is terrible. I am a high school student, my school is quite close to this... café. The prices aren't too bad and it is conveniently close so I would love to love this café. Unfortunately every time I goin I have a negative experience with the workers. There are these two older ladies that are always there. The first time I wentin I had an average order and the ladies proceeded to roll their eyes and just act overall rude to me for no apparent reason. Ithought maybe they are having a bad day and they just need someone to be nice to them so I did that and it didn't work they werestill mean. I came in another time and again still rude. Now I think okay maybe it's me so I ask some friends what they think ofthis place and immediately without hesitation, they say that the food is good but the workers are rude. Now I boycott. I don'tknow if they have some sort of issue with teenagers or what, either way I am done with this place. I guarantee they could havereally good business from the high school if they were just a little bit nicer. I am giving one star for the food and no morebecause I am frankly disgusted with the customer service. Read more

I?ve had many smoothies throughout my life but I can?t believe I have to say that the Mixed Berry Smoothie is probably one of... the worst ones I?ve ever had. It was bearable enough for me to drink some but it was also very unenjoyable, I just didn?t wantto waste the money I spent. Now I know not to expect the same from every restaurant or cafe, but the smoothie had many factorsto it that just tasted off. I had other people try it too to make sure it wasn?t just me! My biggest issue with the drink wasthat it was abnormally warm.. like not even cold to the slightest. I assumed they probably just didn?t use ice, but why would Ibuy a smoothie if it?s not going to be cold? I requested dairy, but even with a dairy smoothie it should be cold. It was alsojust too thick and the flavour was very dull. If I ever go back I might just purchase it with water to see if it tastes anydifferent but it was just bad all around. Love their vegan smashed chickpea wrap but it's $8, and more because I tip.

We had to go to service ontario and were given an appointment for about an hour. We decided we would grab a bite to eat while we... wait. This cozy Cafe had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. They had fresh cheddar broccoli soup and lovely home made sandwiches. Thestaff were friendly and did not hesitate to make recommendations or answer questions. This staff took covid precautionsseriously and wiped down surfaces after each customer. I had the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich with a side of broccoli cheddarsoup and the wife had the same soup but with a tuna macaroni salad.we enjoyed our meal, price was fair.
