I've come here many times and keep forgetting to post a review so here it is! This place has great food at a pretty reasonable... price. The place is really clean and has a good amount of seating. The staff are friendly and also helpful at making foodaccommodations and recommendations. They also sometimes have really great deals so I recommend you check their website beforecoming if you're more money conscious. Read more
I had coupons which, my mom saw in the mail and this inticed us to order from Thai Express. Made order over the phone and... explained I would like to use coupons and specified which ones. Took a picture as they had barcodes on them and at arrival wasdenied. Customer service was amazing and the employee really tried to make it work as she called supervisor and the owner whichthey both clearly rejected my claim. They wanted to see the original physical coupons which I left at home as we were picking upthe order. Embarrassing and unnecessary as all I was asking for was to use the buy 3 meals and get 4th one free. The girl triedreally hard but seems like the owner is stubborn and un reasonable. Read more
Beef pad Thai, way too saucey- a pool of sauce at the bottom of the container. Also the sauce is too sweet. If you haven't had... genuine pad Thai, maybe this is what you want, but if you're used to the real deal, this does not do in a pinch. Chose the flavourful version. It was very good. Havealso enjoyed the 'chicken meets beef'. Portions are plentiful. Staff are courteous and helpful.
