Walked in and the hostess was on her phone and drinking a red-bull at the bar. She didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I... stood and waited while she played on her phone. A couple walked in a few minutes after me and she immediately got up and seatedthem and never came back. I waited for at least 5 minutes before someone from the back walked out and asked if I was there for apick up order! Very unprofessional!
