Honestly the single worst drive through experience I?ve had. McDonalds has decided to automate their drive through experience so... you can?t even talk to a live person. So as I?m trying to order with Ms. Robot she asks me what drink I want with my meal. I gothrough the ENTIRE line of Coke products while she says ?we don?t have that, what would you like to drink?? Before an actualreal live employee comes on clearly annoyed to bluntly tell me they have no pop. When I pulled up to the window there wasclearly a wide range of employees with most of them sitting there laughing at one?s phone. I?m not sure where the single largestfast food chain on the planet thought this what what their consumers wanted, but it is certainly not. Read more
I live really close to this McDonald?s, I?m talking not even 2 minutes away. I would drive to ANY other McDonald?s before I... would go to this one again. Items are missing, items aren?t made correctly, the staff is absolutely terrible. On severaloccasions I have had to go back to get my order redone, or get items they forgot. The last time I went, I used the mobile app toorder and decided to pick up in restaurant to make sure I had everything so I didn?t have to come back. They took 10 minutes toget me my food. I had only ordered 20 nuggets. I asked to speak to a manager about my previous experiences, the girl at thecounter said ?no, she?s busy.? Literally. I was going to Gretna to go to Vala?s but we stopped to pick up breakfast before wewent, they completely forgot my sandwich. When we called to get it fixed, we said we wanted to come back later so they couldresolve it. They told us, ?well breakfast ends in an hour so if you aren?t back before then, we can?t help you? Asked to talk toa manager and they hung up on us. Save yourself time and go to another one. Clearly they don?t care because we have complainedmultiple times with no changes. Worst McDonald?s ever. First off the new automated ordering system is a fail. Why that is a thing now is beyond me. I wanted to... order 2 meals. I got through the first order and said pull forward. Had to order my second meal at the window. I wanted one ofthose adult kid meals. They don?t have anymore. So I ordered my normal meal and went forward and paid. Had to pull off to awaiting area. I was told to wait in spot 1 or 2. Well those were full so they just said to pull into a spot. No problem. There?sone next to the waiting area. I watched as several employees walked out with bags of food and didn?t even know whose car it wentto. One family got back out of their vehicle because they were told what was in the bag and that?s not what was in the bag. Thena manager came out to help. They still didn?t know who?s food was who?s. When my food arrived they tried to give me another kidsmeal. They already gave me one at the window. To top it off I live 8 minutes away. All my food was cold. Read more
I understand it is fast food, but for people that make it clear and it says something specific on the ticket attached to the... sandwich, why is it the exact opposite of what the ticket said? I did not bother driving back to get it fixed because of roadconstruction and traffic. Quality control needs work. Read more

This McDonalds is really great. I have never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes for my order. The lines are always long but they... do a great job. I?m sure most of the people complaining have never worked at a McDonalds before but I have. Let me tell you,there?s a reason why no one wants to work in fast food anymore. Customers can be so entitled and down right rude over asandwich. You absolutely can talk to a customer if the automated order system doesn?t work, I?ve done it lol.
