Pros: prices are resonable, good quantity of sides, quick service and food was served hot in less than 10 minutes. Car parking... available in the plaza. Cons: The problem is with the taste and quality of the food. Food didn’t taste fresh. Everyone feltvery uneasy ???? after eating food. Worst dish was Chole Bhature, it was like a plumpy flat paratha, terrible ????. Veg KothuBarotta was horrible. It was served very hot, but it never tasted anything like a Kothu Barotta ????????. Paneer tikka masaladosa- Dosa was thick and fresh. But not sure about the paneer tikka masala, it was literally stuffed inside the dosa and served.I should have ordered a regular dosa instead???????????. Masala dosa - no comments. Extremely unhappy ??, didn’t expect suchpoor food looking at the Google ratings ????????. Thursday night dinner. This review is only for pani puri and bread combo. Their dosas apparently ar better. The pani puri was one of the worst we've... ever tried. That pani did not have any taste, and puris weren't of decent quality. Among curries, veg chettinadu had too muchmasalas. The bhendi curry and garlic naan was good. I won't be coming again. Honest on 148th Ave NE is still my favorite inthis area. Read more
Went there at 11.10am for an early lunch, so I could avoid the crowds Their online menu and in-store menu are a little... different. The place is only vegetarian food. The meat options which I found somewhere online may have not been the store Thestore had about 3-4 small tables which can fit 1 or 2 each I ordered the mughal combo, which had a style of biriyani, one GobiManchurian and a choice of soda to go with The food took about 35 mins to get ready, probably cause the biriyani was justgetting ready (so much for beating the lunch crowds). The staff were very courteous and keeping me updated The food itself wasa little on and off on the flavour. The biriyani (I am a meat eater, so veg biriyanis get a partial treatment) was more pepperedthan flavoured. I like the saag Paneer and paneer Tikka masala. They are either mild for me now that I've had it enough time, or they made a... special batch for me because I can't take too much spice, I'm not sure! They were very polite and offered a sample of some hotchai while we were waiting or soup of the day. There was a nice portion size and I really liked the garlic butter naan. Came here for a quick snack. I liked their filter coffee and definitely recommend it. The masala chai was okay. We also took the... upma which was pretty good.
