The place was easy to find with free street parking outside and around the block. Most of the tables and chairs were open when... we arrived close to closing time. There was a small area for napkins, sauces, utensils, and whatnot for you to serve yourself.Your order is called when ready, so you can sit and wait before picking up your order from the counter. The food was asexpected, like you would find at any other HK cafes. They steam the food fresh when you order, so you do have to wait 15-20minutes. The molten custard piggy bun was yummy. I just wish it was bigger. The sandwich was a little pricey. Overall, the foodand atmosphere were good. I would go again. Hopefully, next time, they will have a greater drink selection to include Ovaltineor Horlick. Read more

i ordered a hot 16 ounce Seattle Fog, and it was absolutely amazing! they were speedy with my drink, and the cafe was clean and... comfortable to sit in. the drink was the perfect temperature to drink, and it was the perfect blend of earl gray tea withvanilla for it to not be overwhelming. i would definitely come back to try out more of their drinks in the future. Cute little coffee shop with some indoor and outdoor seating areas. I got one of their signature lattes (creme brulee), and was... happy that the drink was not too sweet, it was just perfect. Friendly staff, quick service. Read more

1. Staff not friendly. (Ordered food and we sat outside by the balcony and the staff told us that they will let us know when the... food is ready. Usually if a location has outside sitting they have a bell or staff comes to let you know so we though we willget notified but waiting 20 mins still didn’t get any notice so I go inside and see our drinks and food just on the counter? While ordering staff was not friendly, literally Seattle people needs to fix their attitude. Don’t stand behind the counter ifyou don’t want to work and stop making customer uncomfortable and ruin someones day.) 2. It was my first time visitingbecause they had good reviews, unfortunately the food was nasty. - The PIGGY BUN was cute but don’t know when they made it thecooking paper or the baking paper was sticked to the bun and it was hard to remove. After ripping apart the fillings inside wasso little and tasted like plastic. - CRISPY HONG KONG sandwich was unbelievable. They should change the name to messy sandwichor something else because it wasn’t crispy at all. As soon you try to take a bite the top part would just fall off and it’sreally hard to eat and it was too salty. -MATCHA EGG TART- it was ok but the filling was so little and the matcha wasn’t thatgreat. -DRINKS- Anywhere you go Iced Americano tastes most likely the same and green tea they just use tea bag and add ice on itfor $3.50 and that’s a large? Then if I order the small one is it on a tea cup is my wonder. Business owner needs to improvestaffing (customer service) and food. Literally wasted time and money here. Read more

Wow always wanted to go here and I’m impressed! The food was amazing as well as the drinks. The sandwich was so unique having... the sweet egg bun on top. The drinks weren’t too sweet so that’s a plus. The rest of the food were great. Read more
