All is fried and not many fresh fish options on rolls. Not authentic sushi/rolls/etc, more like in-house creations.
My fiancé introduced me to this place a few months ago and I am addicted! It’s hard to eat at other sushi places now... especially places like Japponessa because the quality here is unmatched! You can taste it in the food and the way they prepareit. Every roll I have tried has been amazing. The only Rolls I don’t try is crab because that’s not my favorite seafood. Thebest one is the seared salmon tempura shrimp roll. The nigiri is very good and high quality. You get the value of what you payfor! The edamame is amazing and the calamari is 1,000/100. I’m someone who loves discovering good calamari and this is by farthe best I’ve had in Washington so far. My fiancé and I have to each get our own orders because it’s so good!
