Average sushi restaurant with little to no ambiance located just off Old Main in Bellevue. Good in a pinch for lunch and plenty... of parking. To go orders are what I prefer. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ???? Read more
Excellent quality!!! We had the chef's choice sushi platter. The fish was fresh, uni was fresh and delicious. We also ordered... the grilled cuttlefish and tempura. My husband loves the simple tuna roll that came with his combo. Second time we ordered aclam and tofu hot pot aka soup, deep fried pork liver and baked oysters. The oysters were good, no fishiness. There's tons of Japanese restaurants and sushi restaurants everywhere. Right? And they all pretty much offer the same stuff,... kind of like Italian restaurants. Not Ginza. Ginza is top quality. Their menu has tons of different options and the fish isbrought in fresh from Japan. Uni, for example, is as fresh as the ones sold in fish markets. If you want real sushi in Bellevuethen Ginza is the only place that offers it. We love it. Read more
Surprisingly good chutoro sushi. I like the thick cut chutoro a lot, very satisfied. Many other dishes are also very tasty.
