service is terrible. was there for 2 hours and took forever to receive our food. we came early so we wouldn’t miss the... snowflake lane but ended up missing it. people kept trying to give us the wrong order when we said it wasn’t ours. when we gotthere our glasses for our water was all dirty. took forever just to receive water. Update: FOOD WAS COLD AND DRY!!!! lost astar. don’t recommend. they only took off the food for the ones that were dry and cold. which was 4/8. should take all of ourstuff off. we had a terrible experience. no hate to our server she was very respectful and nice. Update Update: took all ourfood off expect our alcohol. so that’s fine. Read more

Went there twice, once during an office outing and the other time with my wife after 6 months of marriage. We really liked the... Salmon with Spinach and lemon. It was too good. I also tried their pasta, but I am not a big fan of pasta so can't comment onthat. The place is big, the ambience makes you feel like you are in Italy. We also wanted to have Tiramisu for Dessert but theydidn't have it at that time. Read more

Not the same since COVID: I used to enjoy the occasional jaunt to Maggiano’s and indulge on the Marco’s meal for two. It hit... the spot if you wanted a mound of pasta plus appetizer. The muscles used to taste fresh and the pasta used to have more flavorthan a Stouffer’s microwave dinner. Though I was a regular years ago, sadly, my recent experience at Maggiano’s left mewith stomach pains and a bitter taste of regret and sadness that a once reliably decent Americanized Italian chain could now befeatured on Kitchen Nightmares. I ordered the once delicious muscles and was greeted with what tasted like week-old muscles ina Prego sauce mixed with chicken stock. My classic Ziti came to me with a patina, perhaps from sitting under a heat lamp for30-45 mins, as dinner took an hour and a half to be served. I might not have minded the longer wait if I had been sipping on abeer in the meantime, though that took 30 mins as well—I wish I was exaggerating. It might be worth it to skip this spot andchoose an Olive Garden or perhaps just stay in and order pasta from Domino’s instead. It would save you money and might evenhave the same amount of flavor. We were there to celebrate our special occasion. My friend had previously tried this restaurant and hence she recommended me to... try their authentic Italian flavors. Although there was a waiting time I felt that in the end it was worth it. Beverly made mefeel so special and took the celebration to a whole new level. I enjoyed all of the food, those were big portions and verytasty, we ordered marinara cheese, garlic bread, chef special soup, ravioli, red sauce pasta and also packed some pasta forhome. Tiramisu at the end was cherry on the cake. I will definitely come back again just to taste your delicious food and getpampered with your wholesome hospitality. I was surprised that being a vegetarian I can enjoy so many varieties of dishes in aItalian restaurant. Thank you so much for making me feel special. Read more

Here we go!! Where do I even start this time. It was SUPERB! And I am so happy that I took another chance and we spent an... amazing family evening at Maggianos. This time we opted for family dining. It was a crazy idea, as we got so much food it wasridiculous. The leftover is alone we'll feed our family until next pandemic. (Not literally, but you get the point) Startingout with mozzarella sticks, they were massive, crispy on the outside and so cheesy on the inside. The Italian salad tastes justlike Olive gardens, I actually ended up eating it next day's leftovers and it was still nice and crunchy. All the entrees werewonderful. Salmon was appropriately cooked, full of flavor and delicious, but the 4 cheese ravioli's really took the cake.Everysingle dish that they brought out was full of flavor, beautifully plated, scrumptious an definitely left me wanting to come backhere sooner than later. Creme brule was as delicious as always. I am beyond pleased with every single dish we had, theservice, the ambiance and the restaurant overall. Whoever worked their magic, keep it up! See you next month. Read more
