It is a shame that the food is great, but the lady at the counter is super rude, short hair with glasses. She better stops... wearing glasses now or considers wearing hair wigs, because people start to recognize her. When I came in to ask whether myorder is ready, she responded with these: "Did I call your name?", "If I didn't call your name, then it's not ready". Lady, wedon't tip for people like that. First of all, we were waiting because the place is so small and packed with people during lunchtime (we were not the only group waiting outside). Of course nobody would know if their name had been called, and people wouldjust come in to check for their order after 20 minutes (the amount of time they were told their order would be ready) Secondly,why in the world would you talk to customer like that? All you have to do was ask for order details and/or "Your order is notready". We don't tip you for be treated like that. Also, keep in mind that when I came in to ask for my order status, I waiteduntil nobody is in line to take order, it was not that I jumped into the line or interrupt anybody. My go-to Thai takeout restaurant. They are very consistent with their food quality and quantity. Zion chicken is one of my... favourite appetisers, which is served on a bed of lettuce. Chicken is crispy and spiced well a although sometimes when you askfor level 5, you usually get a 3. Pad see ew is one of their popular noodle dishes, and rightly so. They do have seatingoutside, but it?s mostly a takeout restaurant. There is plenty of parking nearby. If you?re picky about your spice levels, Irecommend explicitly mentioning it to them so that they make it accordingly. Because sometimes it?s not as spicy as you want itto be. - a feedback to the Rice N Spice Team as well :) They prefer if you order on the phone or through their website as itsaves them money. My go-to place for lunch :D I always get the Phad See Ew, or sometimes the Simply Fried Rice. The portions are great, and... they?re pretty fast for takeout - usually under 10 minutes. They can get a bit busy around lunch time, but they do their verybest. The person working the counter is nice and helpful, too! Overall, a wonderful experience each time, and a great restaurantchoice! Read more
I have been coming to this place for a few years now and their simple fried rice is out of this world. The sweetness and the... saltiness is balanced and the egg in the rice just fits well with everything. I would definitely come if I have the change to. Read more

I usually just go for the lunch specials. They?re great. I love the drunken noodles and the combo lunch specials which include a... small portion of pad thai too. You can also request gluten-free and they?ll make sure the sauce is gluten-free, etc. I evenadjusted my salt and oil levels and they customized it. Delivery was kind of slow even though I ordered right at 11. I got myorder around 40+ mins later (I?m a 7 min walk away).
