The buffet was so good, I didn't know you needed reservations, the staff never answers the phone, so we had to sit at the bar.... They looked at us and ignored us for about 15 min. I finally got her attention and she acted like I was bothering her. If Iwasn't hungry, I would have left. Some other guys came to the bar and she greeted them with a smile right away. Don't know ifits bias but kinda looked that way. Read more

Their breakfast buffet is such a delight. They have a chef on site that basically can cook you any omelet or anything that you... would like to eat that's not already served on the buffet bar which is pretty extensive. They basically have everything that youwould think of a breakfast. A great selection of bread and bagels, a very tasty selection of meats (I dont even know how muchbacon I ate) and a great variety of fruits and yogurt. I definitely recommend to stop by if you are staying in the hotel, I usedto live in Bellevue and it actually costs us less to have the breakfast buffet at the Hilton hotel than to have it any otherplace in Bellevue with the same quality. Food was acceptably sad and the menu and seasonings were all over the place. The steak was salty, the fish was bland, the salad... lettuce were large pieces, "popcorn shrimp" was actually Asian honey walnut shrimp, the seafood chowder was not at all hot butlukewarm and very thick. Service was slower though the place was busy with a lot of hotel guests ordering lunch. Parking waseasy as this is inside the Hilton hotel. Park on the top lot for the quickest way. Ambiance was confusing, it's a kitchen andbar designed like it's on an outdoor patio yet still indoors surrounded by the Hilton's beige walls. A very stale design. Read more

We made a reservation for our anniversary dinner and when we got there we were repeatedly ignored by the hosts/ servers. We... finally got someones attention and they told us that it would be "quite a while". Ive worked at restaurants before and I getthat things can get crazy when you're understaffed, but half the tables were unseated, and honestly it's not that hard to quicklyseat someone and tell them it might be a minute, I would have been happy to sit down and have a drink and wait. And also whywould you accept reservations if you don't intend to honor them? Extremely bad vibes. Read more

My husband and I went for dinner on a Sunday around 7 pm after a long day of travel. The restaurant did not appear overly busy... however it took a good 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by staff. We were never asked if we wanted drinks. I was pleased withthe caramelized pear ravioli I ordered but my husband's New York Strip steak was covered in too much glaze and peppercorns; agood piece of steak should be accented by accompaniment, not drowned in it. Overall I thought the food wasn't bad but theservice was so lackluster that we will not go back. Read more
