They looked at me dead in the eye and told me that I shouldn't be ordering 69 snack wraps and 35 junior chickens which I found... ridiculous because why not? They are snack sized and juniors. possibly the worst mcdonald?s i?ve been to. they explained that they had handed our food out to the wrong person so we waited,... 20 minutes later we were still waiting. my order was a mcchiken medium meal and another one of the same meals with no bun!waited a total of 30 minutes, and the fries were cold. Me and THAT LADY stopped through your lovely drive thru this morning for breakfast. We went through the drive thru and we tried... to order three things. The nice guy in the drive thru order mic was messing up so much that we drive around to the windowinstead to order. He apologized about not being able to hear and he finally got it right and we paid and things were fine. Thenwe get to the next window? The extremely rude woman in the window hands us a cold Pumpkin latte and we hand it back and tellher it?s supposed to be hot. ?WELL YOU CHANGED IT THREEE TIMES? she snarked back at us. She snatched it back and hands us therest of the food and tells us to pull up to the spot on the left to wait on a latte. That takes less than a minute to make. Wedecided to wait a min at the window and the drive thru girls snap open the window again and tell us ?this is gonna take timepull up into the left spot, it?ll be out. Rudely. First rule of food service is The customer is always right? Well you shouldretrain these young teens on their attitudes. I call in and was gonna talk to the manager and I hear ?ITS THAT LADY!? Pass this location by, it is a poorIy ran restaurant. I could not bring up the McDonald's App after restarting my phone &... clearing apps. But I brought up the Burger King App with no problem right in front of the manager, she was waiting on me. Iasked her to give me the deal on the Bacon egg & cheese biscuit anyway she said she could not. We know that's not true. Anyway,I asked for the Sr. discount, she replied that they only do a Sr. drink. I was charged for that too. Usually it's a freesr.drink if there is no discount.
