Zero sense of urgency. There was 10 people in line. We were number 6. It took a half hour to order. I thought I was watching... life in slow motion. The toaster toasted my bagel faster than it took the lady to get the cream cheese out. It was horrifying tosee such a lack of work ethic and I may have actually lost a few brain cells when they handed my friend an iced tea after sheordered a macchiato. I wrote this post as we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the macchiato... literally 10 minutes ofmaking it (incorrectly again I may add).
