We got two large coollattas and when I went to put them in my cupholders both lids just fell off and spilled much of the... drinks/whip cream in my car. I had to have my car detailed and the carpet shampooed because of this. The lids were not put-onproperly because they looked defective. The employee said sorry and made me two new ones and we both tested the lids. Got on theroad and tried our drinks and they were both disgusting, something must have been wrong with the machine. I let customer serviceknow about the problem and asked for a refund. I was told the owner/manager would reach out to me. That has not happened in thepast 6 months. Zero customer service. As far as Dunkin?(s) go - well, it was fine. I do wish that they had a drive/thru though; would visit far more frequently.
