This is the worst Starbucks store in the country state, you name it. Everytime I place an order I wait about 30 minutes. They... never have enough workers. Always out of food items. Like why when other stores offer it and never out. This store is a busystore mind you. Just don't waste your time with this store. Honestly im going to have to travel 20 minutes instead of 5 to go toa new Starbucks store. The employee was so rude to me today when I pleasantly asked for a refund. I had placed my order at 8:05got to the store at 8:10 left fhe store empty handed at 8:40 as I got very upset. On top of that the employee was so rude. Justnever again. Parking is bad. Employees not so well trained, they act like they're doing you a favor. When you correct them - because you... know far more about your drink than they do - they get snippety. Service stations often out of napkins and stirrers. Two ofthe Baristas are sloppy and careless, not precise, with low standards. They lack focused awareness on what they are doing. Read more
I order from here almost everyday and my order is wrong 3/5 days of the week. Update: mentioned to the manager this happens a... lot when I got an completely incorrect order. This Starbucks is actually infuriating. Go anywhere else. There?s 15 Starbucks inthe area. Avoid this one. Read more
