Gave them 3 tries. Each visit was worse than the one before. Last visit I ordered a grilled chicken salad. When I tried to eat... it, every piece of chicken was burned! Not just slightly but totally black on one side. Pieces were placed so that only the goodside showed. When I returned it the employee didn't want to do anything about it. Her attitude was "So?" One of the cleanest Bojangles ive seen, the service was a little slower then some of the others I've been to, the biscutes were... cooked just right, the chicken we was able to get was nice and crispy. The only complaint I have is they need to have more foodalready cooked and ready to go. That would keep the lines down and make it to were the customer could order what they want fromthe menu. Food is always consistently great, but out of the 10+ times I?ve gone they have forgotten something without fail every single... time. Most of the time it?s the sauce, but it could be a drink or straw or any number of things.
