I got a vey good drip coffee and an almond croissant which was delicious. Definitely a solid place to get a good cup of coffee.
Fantastic bakery items, hand crafted coffees, and they carry beans from a few micro-roasters. Convenient in street parking........ This is my go to meeting spot in Belmont. Read more
The newly renovated and reimagined Caravan Coffee and Desert Bar is nothing short of spectacular. The five star rating I give... it, is rated against the best bakeries of New York, Chicago, Boston. Yes, it's that good. While most coffee bars serve alimited variety of outsourced items tightly wrapped in cellophane, the glorious assortment of items at Caravan are made fresh inits adjoining bakery. We had the good fortune to meet the head baker and he walked us through his process and we sampled someof his creations. The high points are the fresh apricot and cheese filled croissants, the fresh cream filled chocolate coveredeclairs, the raspberry rugelach, the chocolate cake, and the scones. Literally everything there is good and together, Caravanis fast becoming a foodie destination. In general, Belmont NC is emerging from the pandemic in a very strong position with newand expanded restuarant, breweries, candy and ice cream shops, new bars, good shopping and plenty of free community parkinglots. If Belmont NC is the gem of the Charlotte NC satellite towns, Cavaran coffee is its brightest star with a culinarypowerhouse at its glowing center. Read more
Belmont is a beautiful town and no visit to Belmont is complete without a visit to Caravan! To begin, the decor is so unique and... it truly feels like I?m visiting a different place.
