We order meals from time to time but we went tonight, ordered via the IOS app, went good. Drove to the restaurant, park and hit... the I am here button in the confirmation email, got a confirmation SMS a few seconds later. So far so good! But then I wait? 14minutes and still no one showing up. I was telling myself, rush hour but when I walked in, no customer waiting at the counter. I explained to the nice girl that I?ve been waiting a while, she felt bad and seemed genuinely not happy. She went to tell thesituation to another employee, from where I stood, looked like she laughed until she got pointed my way. After I received myorder quickly, a ?manager? came to offer a desert as an apology. In all this, service is great, mistake do happen, but someoneneed an attitude adjustment. Read more
We used the drive thru. There were three of us. The food was delicious we were asked how much for gratuity however it would have... been nice to have been asked if we would like: ketchup salt napkins perhaps a fork although I can recommend the coleslaw snowcone ?? we are at the park it was messy goodness. Consistently a great meal with great service. Never disappointed.
Quality at this restaurant has been on a steady decline for the last couple months, gave them a chance blaming it on covid but... they should have their ducks in a row by now but no. Last two visits at 6:15 pm out of chicken soup! Last order chicken filletswe're overcooked and sweet potatoe fries under cooked ! Sweet potato fries should not be crunchy!!! Read more
