So they are offering pumpkin spice latte mediums for $3 and then we realize we been charged more then what it says online and on... their huge poster in drive thru. The manager Bri says well my Machine charges what it charges so?. So then we get a refund andthey refunded less than we paid. So we pull around again for the third time and my daughter goes in to get the rest of therefund to catch the Manager and worker talking negative about me. Then Bri proceeds to get slick with my daughter stating sheonly shorted her $0.81 so it?s not a big deal. Then my daughter tells her to look at the huge sign that?s also inside the storeand Bri refused to. Either way that woman was extremely rude and should brush up on her customer service skills and maybe followsafe food protocols and not be sitting in a desk chair in the kitchen area. Read more
they closed the lobby a half an hour early and I couldn?t pick up the order I had already placed online. the employee just kept... looking at me and didn?t help me until 5 minutes after I got here waiting outside. they also didn?t have the donuts I orderedand got charged extra for them. ridiculous.
