I went to BWW today with my niece, daughter, and Mom to celebrate a birthday. The food was fine. One of our sandwiches was not... cooked completely. The restaueant seemed to be severely understaffed. The waiter was serving the entire dining room by himself.There were several large groups that came in after our party. Kudos to the young man for doing the best he could. He showed agreat work ethic in a hard situation. Sadly he'll likely have people his entire shift take their dissatisfaction out on him.I'd say the lack of planning for proper staff was a management issue.
