Ordered pizza online said to be there at 4:30, we were on time. We waited a hour and a half when we finally got our pizza we... rushed home, my BBQ Chicken Pizza only had 3 tiny pieces of chicken on it. I had major surgery and had not had solid food in 6weeks I had been craving pizza, all that time..I was so angry. We didn't go back and we will not go back, it was a awefulexperience. By the way the store has a screen that tells ypu when your pizza is ready when we got there after the app said itwas ready, the store screen Saud it wasn't even started...I mean we waited a hour and a half! Shame on the management and franchise owners at this place. I?m starting with that. We ordered, our order was accepted online,... when I got to the store to pick up absolutely nobody was there. Went back the next day during the day, same, not a soul.Thankfully I was refunded automatically. Clearly the manager and franchise owners are not hiring enough and aren?t able to keepemployees. The few they do have are often overwhelmed and under paid. I won?t be going back, I would suggest one of the otherpizza places to anyone who asks. Made an order on 7/29 online at 8:06pm. On the tracker it stated Christopher was preparing order. We then checked again around... 8:30 and it still stated prep. Tried to call the store and was on hold for 40 minutes. This store has terrible customer serviceand didn?t even reach out to let us know that the order was not going to be delivered and order eventually was canceledautomatically but again never was advised of that. Luckily we chose to pay in cash during delivery and was never charged. Neverordering at this location again. Read more
AVOID. Watched their tracker for a delivery order to see my order sit in the store for 30 minutes before the driver left.... Unsurprisingly, when my order did finally arrive it was cold. Frozen pizza is better than hour old dominos. Read more

After seeing that this location was under new management, my wife and I were thrilled to give them another chance when we... returned home with our newborn son and we are so glad we did!!! All of our food was excellent, hot and fresh, and the order wascorrect. My faith in Dominos pizza has been restored, AT LAST! THANK YOU DOMINOS! They are doing a terrific job!!
