Tina, Sierra, Chris, Victoria and the rest of the team were wonderful! This was my first time at Hawaiian Bros. Victoria took my... order and was very knowledgeable about the products and had our food brought out to our table within minutes. She told us aboutthe rewards program and got us set up with our military discount (my partner is in the army). Chris and Victoria both came toour table to check up on us periodically to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. The kitchen team cooked it to perfection!Juicy, juicy chicken and perfectly cooked rice. I?m not usually a fan of macaroni salad but was pleasantly surprised by thisside dish! My boyfriend is a huge fan of this joint and we will undoubtedly be back time and time again to experience the greatfood and superb service. I believe I overheard Victoria say she was new in her position but may her management and customer berest assured that she is a top tier employee! I was very impressed with the staff at the Belton location. Not only was the basic customer service fantastic but they went... above and beyond when preparing and bagging my food. I notified them of an allergy and they ensured my food was not crosscontaminated in the kitchen and then put my food in its own separate bag without me asking and said it was to ensure my fooddidn?t touch the other food due to allergy. Most places don?t even think of this but I greatly appreciated their effort. Thefood tasted delicious as well and friendly staff checked on us multiple times while we were eating in the lobby. Today I had an issue with my card not working and the staff was very caring and friendly. The food was good and fresh they... offered the rewards program to me so I got signed up. The overall experience was amazing. My server's name was Ryan and he isalways very nice, knowledge, and let's me know about and new things going on and it makes this location my favorite. We?re from KC & moved to Arkansas a few months ago. We went to KC just for a day, my friend who has never been to KC went with... us. We chose Hawaiian Bros to eat naturally ?? (Wanted her to try something that we don?t have in Arkansas) I have never wentinside & ate until that day. Ryan was VERY welcoming & helpful throughout are whole experience. Love his personality! Him & themanager came & checked on our family more than once. Ryan was super amazing & we will definitely make a stop next time we?re intown!
