Last night my family and I came here to eat. We arrived and were seated immediately, great start. Then we waited for about 10... minutes to get our orders taken which is fine. After our orders were placed we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive ourfood. The store was understandably busy but guests who arrived after us received their food before us. On top of the foodarriving more than an hour late, everything was cold. I?m sure this restaurant can do better but this was my personal experiencefor my first time there. I won?t be coming back. food wasn?t that good, i ordered the carne asada tacos but it didn?t have much flavor. waitress didn?t check up on us the entire... time we were there. they were too busy talking amongst each other instead of helping their customers. Read more
Food from this restaurant has always been good. Today, I had an unpleasant experience. I placed an order for pick up, I was told... 35 minutes. Arrived 45 minutes later, food was not ready. Waited for over 20 minute. While waiting, I noticed 2 of thewaitresses with masks down sitting down and talking while wrapping up utensils( I think these are the ones given to customers).They were also sitting down with a customer and he was eating (no mask of course). This of course, not social distancing. Makingthese observations make me wonder what the guidelines are while staff is cooking the food. I?m hoping they have masks on. We arestill in the middle of a pandemic and things like this make scare. Read more
