Refused to sell a case of product along with last 3 packs of the same product. My wife and I were told by a short Hispanic... individual (manager/supervisor?)that came from another cash register towards us (after another nice gentleman went and retrievedthe case for us) we could not purchase the products because it was the last of it and that he wanted ?his customers? to purchaseit, since we ?weren?t familiar? to his store. He came off as very unprofessional and rude by saying that to us. There were nosigns anywhere around the product that mentioned there was a quantity limit of purchase. Our response was ?how about we justleave it all and not purchase it.? He said it was up to us, so we said ?fine? and immediately left the store. Went to Lax today in Beltsville, MD only to be stopped by a security guard stating that I had a large purse and I couldn?t shop... with my bag. I had two choices leave my bag on some stackable Stand and remove my wallet or go back to my car and leave my bagin the car. I decided I would take my business somewhere else. I have been coming to Lax since they opened, but today they losta faithful customer and I will be telling everyone I know how I was treated along with other customers. I don?t understand ifthey feel like there customers are stealing why would I feel comfortable leaving my purse with a security guard or putting it inmy car where people can see me put it in the car and leave it so they can break into my car. Suggestion to Lax management hiremore security guards and have them walk up and down the Isles or invest in more security cameras and hire someone to watch thecameras. Read more
