Pizza was hot and fresh. As good as any Sbarro I've eaten at. Staff was friendly.
**ATTENTION** I had visited this establishment not long ago while on the way to Rockford and the unprofessionalism of this... place is atrocious. The manger (woman) was yelling at her staff as the cashier was helping me at the register which was the 1stred flag. The second red flag one of the gentlemen handling the pizzas had his AirPods in while working and the managerdoesn’t seem to care which is a serious health issue; I should of left after that. I paid for my pizza, and the helpfulcashier apologized for what I had witnessed. The cherry on top of all this was my pizza was undercooked and at this point I hadlost my appetite. I will not be returning to this location until there there is more professionalism of management and theserious health issues of the pizza handler wearing AirPods while working. If possible i would’ve left zero stars but thecourtesy of the cashier apologizing to me allowed me to give 1 star. Read more
