I was a little disappointed with how I was handled as a customer in my most recent visit. As an out-of-towner visiting the area... I was excited to go to the local bakery and give a ?ma and pa? bakery my business. I brought with my three young children (andone baby) who were very excited to pick out their own donuts. There was one other customer who was being helped by one of thetwo employees. I was helped by a young, blonde, female employee who made me feel like I was a bother. Her attitude and bodylanguage made me feel like I had to rush (although there were no other waiting customers) and that my kids and I were aninconvenience and annoyance. I was saddened at my experience at Raphael?s. I can?t say I would be wanting to return again if Iwere in the area in the future. Read more
