We waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of us and it took about 20 minutes for them to get their... food. We then waited at the drive thru window for a half an hour with ZERO acknowledgement. Multiple people were helped in thelobby during this time. Eventually we left without our food. It was ridiculous. We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Then i noticed tge kiosk and used it to order. I... special ordered tacos for the kids without tomatoes and red sauce. All tacos came with tomatoes. I had to ask them for ourdrinks. I ordered with the food taco sauce and none came. There was no mild sauce out and i had to ask for some.
