Second time giving it a try. 1st time the burger was burnt & when we mentioned it we were told that they are cooked over an open... flame. No apologies and acted like how dare we say anything. 2nd and last time, we ordered chicken strips and a burger. Againthe burger was over cooked, burnt and very dry. The chicken strips were over cooked and dry as well. Food came out to us barelywarm. Service was not friendly. Didn't bother to say anything since it's apparent they do not care. Ok 10 of us went to eat and the service was great. The food was not. 12. Salad no wow factor for 12. 2 out of 3 catfish were... good. The 3rd way over cooked Chicken fried steak was so over cooked it was unedible. Should have been sent back. This was atlunch time but not busy. No excuse For it not to be perfect. Read more
