Very clean environment and hard working girls, the customer service was great and so was the ice cream!
The ice cream tasted great however the place was a complete wreck. There was ice cream on every surface behind the counter and... in the seating area, I had to wipe off a table for us to sit at. I witness one of the girls eating behind the counter and didn'twash her hands. They took no time when not busy to wipe tables or anything. Read more
Great customer service and pleasant employees. Everyone is dealing with supply chain shortages and Ben and Jerry's is no... exception. The staff was very sweet, efficient and worked diligently to clear long lines with a few belligerent customers thatdidn't seem to understand or care that some items are out of stock and it's not the staff's fault. Not happy with this place. Love the ice cream, but this store at old mill is the worst customer service. Every time we have gone... in the manager lady is very rude. We got turned around at the door at 9:50 when they closed at 10:30 so we new we had plenty oftime to grab some. But no the lady told us that they wanted to get off early so we were refused service. Maybe change your hoursof operation then. Absolutely ridiculous when there is other people there but you refuse service to two extra people. Read more

I ordered 2 cakes online for my daughter?s upcoming birthday party and let her customize them, she was so excited. Went to pick... them up 2 days later on party day and there was only one cake ready. The teens working said they didn?t see the other cake orderin the system, I had to prove it by showing the confirmation email and charge. They called the manager and relayed to me thatthey magically found the order and can have it ready the next day. That is not a viable solution cause I need this cake for aparty in an hour and have already had close to an hour wasted trying to sort this out at the shop with them. We asked the staffto please call her back and ask if they can just give us one of the premade ones in the freezer for this error on their part,manager?s response was no, we can buy the $50 premade one and they?ll refund the custom one I ordered. Frustrated at the lackof care, we had no choice but to just buy the premade and do the refund as we had run out of time dealing with this at the shop.Daughter was bummed a bit since she was looking forward to the flavors she picked. Buyers beware that your order may not getdone for when it?s needed and for a manager that could careless if it puts you in a predicament. 10/10 cakes, 10/10 will not getanother from this B&J.
