Save yourself the headache and pick another place in town for food or dessert. I sat in the drive thru for an hour to get a few... Blizzards. This is my 3rd time in the past few months waiting over 45 minutes. The employees have no sense of urgency or care inthe world. Post covid this location has never been the same. Read more
The lobby was 50 degrees in the middle of winter. We were the only 5 people in the restaurant. We waited 35 mins for our order.... Half of the order was sitting in the window getting cold until we approached the counter and reminded them of our order, theycompletely forgot to make us a burger that we ordered. They gave us the cold food sitting in the window and took an extra 10mins to make the burger. They forgot the fries and only had a weak apology for us explaining that their lobby just opened 2weeks ago. The manager of this location has an issue on their hands. The crew of 5 couldn't keep up with our 5 meals and anempty lobby. Perhaps your team need more training, they can't manage making a hamburger. We then waited 5 more minutes to placeanother order and we were ignored by the crew. We left very dissatisfied with their lack of costumer service. Read more
I was at DQ with my granddaughter about 3 weeks ago. We both ordered chicken strip baskets (which WAS one of our favorites). One... with Ranch and one with gravy. We got home with our order about 1 mile away. The frys were cold, the toast was stale, no gravyand ranch was like water and no taste. It appeared they were running out and just added water to make it go farther. The stripsweren't too bad but barely warm. Drive through was not busy. Two cars ahead of us.
