I never really think to go to del taco, I'm a taco bell fan but I decided to switch it up and go there today. Worst drive... through experience I've had. There were about 4 cars and and it took 20 minutes to get through. When I look in my bag it's twotiny beef and cheese soft tacos. Not even close to my order. I go back through the line and the guy came on the speaker and saidhe'd be happy to make my previous order to replace this. I wait in line about another 10-15 minutes and am starving so I atethem. I get to the window and this young girl says she's required to take them back and weigh them as waste at the end of theday. I'm shocked. Is this normal and I've just never experienced it before? I enjoy adel taco but this is hands down the worst location of any fast food chain I?ve ever witnessed. There are a lot of good... options in bend for better food and experience. Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. When I finally made it to the window. Thelady attending the window was just looking up at screen the entire time essentially waiting for anyone else to do her job. As Isat there a lady came back to the window with her wrong order witch was mine. Then 10 minutes later I?m still sitting therewatching the stupidity happen. They eventually had me a bag with not a single item I ordered and looked at me like will you takethis?. I hand them My receipt and ask them for the food I paid for. Good food. However, lately the times that they open or close are completely random. For instance, today went by at 11:40 am,... they were still closed. The other day at around 4:00 pm drove past and they were closed. I understand that hours can fluctuatehowever, it only takes a couple of minutes to edit your Google My Business account to show accurate times your open. Read more
