I was blown away by the generosity and kindness I received from the staff. We were traveling near bend when my vehicle got a... flat tire. While the tire was being repaired, my girlfriend and I decided to go to this restaurant to get out of the cold andkill time. We didn?t realize when we arrived that they wouldn?t be opening for another 30 minutes, but they offered to let uscome sit at a table while they were getting the kitchen ready. It is always so sad to write a review that isn't positive.. I promise to also call the owners and share this experience with... them as well. I stopped in for a late lunch snack and a drink and was on the premises for an hour and a half. It was not busyinside or out. I waited more than an hour for my nachos. 3 different servers were working the patio outside, none of them werehelping each other or paying attention to the other clients seated. The waitress actually brought my check before she realizedI had never even received my little nachos. I did complain about it and she didn't even offer to comp. I live in central Oregonand I understand the staffing issues that everyone's having, but this was clearly a lack of teamwork and a lack of client clientcare. It was so delicious and our server was very nice and competent! She was there anytime we needed something! The fresh guacamole... was delicious but a bit too hot for me! My husband said it was the cilantro and peppers! Lucky I had ordered a virginstrawberry daiquiri! It really helped to cool my mouth down! My husband loved his meal of steak and shrimp with all theextras! I had the basic shredded beef enchilada with refried beans and their really delicious rice! I just love eating there!
