Hood river is one of our favorite Evoke locations to go to. We love the server Raye at the Hood River location. She?s upbeat,... fun and bubbly. She?s always our favorite server to come here and see and she really made us fall in love with Evoke. Theseaside staff is a lot of fun too and it?s a fun touch they give you fish crackers with some chocolate chips. A little sweet andsalty snack for when you are tasting. Hottest day of the year (at that point)? Sure, I?ll sit outside for a flight of wine! I was a guest of a member and it was an... experience that made me weight joining up myself?and I live 3 hours away! The wine was great! The service was attentive enoughand knowledgeable without detracting from my visit with the members that invited me. Just what I want when trying new wines:enough time to get the story and then enjoy the wine. Too many wineries are too busy to take that time, so this stands out. Read more
This place is an awesome stop before hitting the shops. Get a flight with the cheese board is my recommend. Outside seating... allows you to watch the river and people. Read more
Visiting the city and this place was nearly full so I had to pop in. Did the red and white flights. I enjoyed the reds more. Was... surprised by the similarity in color on the varietals. The Barbera was fabulous. Staff was extremely nice and gave me a list oflocal restaurants to visit. Great place to visit. Very good wine, and some of the wine names were hilarious. Read more
