I only write reviews if I have a really good experience or a really bad one. This experience was really good. I came in on a... Thursday night to order one pizza and pick up an online order. The staff was super nice and friendly, and they were super fasteven though they we?ve obviously very busy. Always impressed with this location. Read more
Pizza is always good, but customer service could be better. Two of the employees working who weren?t helping anyone seemed... annoyed when I came up to ask for a to go order ? little did I know there was a shelf towards the back near the kitchen whereonline orders were. Team MOD knocked it out of the park yesterday for a takeout catering order on a specific timeline. I called in the morning to... learn the best way to place an order, how far ahead was needed, and any barriers I could encounter since the timing wasimportant. I got very clear instructions, 10/10 advice, and then realized they had also answered the phone (and all of myquestions) before they were event open for the day - very intentional customer service. When I went in to place the order inperson everyone was friendly, helpful and moved quickly through the process as a team,. They beat their 15-20 minute estimateand I easily walked out of the door with THREE Fundles for some hungry meeting attendees after upgrading from two to three justto be safe. Pizza had good flavor but 2 slices had a big bubble and no toppings. Staff was very rude. I ordered online and came to puck up... at the "online order pickup" stood there for 5 minutes with an employee directly in front of me who never acknowledged me.
