Poor management! Or understaffed lobby closed on Sunday cars in the drive-through out the alley and the lady on the... drive-through window says if you want to pick up your order it may or may not be ready but if it?s not ready you have to gothrough the drive-through again? Well the lobby doors not open but she?s got 20 DoorDash orders sitting on the counter? Doesn?tsound safe at all. Waiting in line for thirty minutes with no less then 15 cars to find out they were closed at 2pm. The bad part of this is an... employee walking by all of us could not stop to let us know they were closed . No closed sign at all! No way of knowing theywere closed. I order here thinking they are competent enough to get it right, every single time they screw it up. I don't care if it's a... rush, how hard is it to leave out ingredients? I myself work in fast food and its the SIMPLEST task. If I were allergic tosomething and instead of leaving it out you seem to add extra, I'd sue you guys in a heartbeat.
