0 stars. Awful, rude customer service and experience. Mostly likely a place that scams tourist. Underage kids who don?t know how... to run a cash register. Scam on a t shirt. Was a different price in ?computer system? than on the tag on the T SHIRT. Storewouldn?t give us our money back and couldn?t give us a true receipt for t-shirt or a refund. This place might be the official souvenir shop for Bend, OR. It?s located in a ?newer? plaza that has an interesting REI. They... have your typical souvenirs but what I also found interesting was that it?s an event ticket sales location. I called prior toarriving to assure they have what I need.
