Hands down the worst Mexican food I have had in years. Additionally what I ordered was supposed to come with beans, rice and a... drink but I only received the burrito but mostly .. just not good food. Read more

I've lived and worked all over northern and southern California and eat Mexican food several times per week, as I have for over... twenty years. I even had a place in Rosarito for a few years. I'm trying to think of I've ever had worse Mexican food anywhere. There used to be a taco truck that would make you sick from time to time but it was delicious. At least this place didn't makeus sick, but it stands out as the worst tasting Mexican food anywhere. The enchilada sauce especially was bad. It was so bitterand metallic it was completely inedible. Was looking for fast, good Mexican food. What I got was fast, poor, incomplete Mexican food. The al pastor torta says it comes... with pork, guacamole, lettuce; I received pork, tomatoes, jalapenos and lettuce, no guacamole. It sucks that their site can'tget the food descriptions correct. I shouldn't be surprised, phone number on site was also wrong. (Called to fix order aftergot home) Same thing with the carne asada fries, no guacamole. Management was accommodating, however, the guacamole is gross! Spicy and like soup, not guac with salsa, just soupy, like watered down powder. Why I won't be back: Black plastic I crunchedon. It's not that burnt on tasty stuff or even black pepper, it's legit plastic. Done, not going back. Read more

I ordered a beef burrito combo and a chicken taco about 30 minutes ago. Got home tasted the chicken taco first soooo salty the... hot sauce couldn?t make it better. Pushed it aside bit into the burrito and it was at least 98% veggies a tiny bit of beef overwrapped in a huge flour tortilla so big it wrapped twice around the contents like a coat. Barely any sauce in the little cups. This meal cost me 20.50. I called them but they refused answering the phone. I had to leave leave a message. Will NOT go backthere. Read more

The customer service here is so helpful and fast, but my burrito was the most disappointing thing I've ordered in a long time.... I've always had decent food experiences in the Bay Area, if not great, but this isn't it. The meat was very poor quality, thesour cream was extra sour, the cheddar cheese (weird choice of cheese, but okay) was laid right next to a ton of lettuce, so itdidn't melt. It reminded me of eating cold Taco Bell soft tacos. I couldn't taste any seasoning on my meat except salt. Thechurro and horchata saved my day, otherwise I would have had to give 1 star. Maybe it's a personal issue, but I also found itsuper awkward that they ask you how much you want to tip at the window. Drive thru's should have a standard surcharge in lieu oftips at the window or no tips at all. Read more
