I love this place. I know it's fast food but they have great service here Monday to Friday in the mornings.
I'm not sure what's happened to this particular location, but it's gone way downhill over time. I keep thinking it's just a... fluke and things will be good next time. Nope. We stopped on the way home after a long drive in traffic from the Bay Area. Wegot old, stale, cold food. Hamburger buns were so stale that they were crumbling on every single burger. The beef had obviouslybeen cooked some time prior to our order and was dry and cold, so cold that the cheese hadn't even begun to soften or even melt.Wilted lettuce and big white chunks of the bitter stuff. Cold zucchini and fries. And it wasn't because we had to drive homefrom the restaurant. We live less than 10 mins away. Such a disappointment from a place that had been top notch in the past. Food cold not to mention when i opened the box gnats flew out all bad they messed up my order the last three times im so... doneness! close to my job but I will take the taco truck that is closer. Read more
Service was great! Quick, clean and very fast service. I received my order fairly quick after placed it. I asked for extra... sauces, ketchup, mustard, cup of water and they provided all right after getting the order completed. No extra time waited.Also, dinning in the service is great but if you are in a hurry, definitely I'll recommend you to use the drive thru. Great jobnight team!! Read more
