We waited over 35 minutes after placing our order without getting our food while the girl taking orders at the counter checked... her phone between every order. When my husband finally asked for a refund he was told ?I don?t do refunds.? So he asked her toget someone who does. She said ?I?m not going to get them, you go get them if you want a refund.? Finally after checking herphone another time she went to get someone for the refund. The whole time the refund was being processed she stood at thecounter whispering about being asking for a refund. There were employees on break in the dining room eating McDonald?s food sotheir orders were being made before customer?s orders for customers who were waiting over 35 minutes for their food. Extremely poor management. Sweet tea, and later ice, ran out before I could fill my cup, so I ate my burger without a drink. I... went to counter and asked if they could fill my cup with tea, but she walked off and did not answer or come back. As I wasgathering up my trash, sweet tea came out. When we went in, it sounded like there was a management problem. None of the managers were apparently there. The cashier who... checked us out was nice. At first. They got our order wrong, which is fine. Accidents and mistakes happen. However, to tell thecustomer "well, that's what you ordered" is completely disrespectful. We told them they messed up our order and the employee hadthe audacity to tell us we were wrong? Entered this McDonald?s with my husband and two small kids. Went to order at the counter. I waited for 3-4 minutes with no one... even coming to the front register or even looking in my direction. I finally spoke up and asked the person on the back line ifanyone was working at the register or did I need to order on the kiosks. A girl came up, Took my order, and then walked away. Inever got to pay. After another couple of minutes I asked if I could pay cash and use a coupon code I had. She came back up andI paid. The there were now about five people behind me. They all placed their orders and waited with me. Two of which waited 10minutes just to get a refund for a pies they didn?t have. Then after 15 minutes and everyone cleared out they asked me what Iwas waiting on. I said my order. They said oh, it?s not here in the system. So they cleared my order without filling it. Finallythey make it and hand it to me 5 minutes later. Without any fries in the bag. I said I need two fries. They said you didn?t askfor those.z showed them my receipt and yes I did order fries. Took another 5 minutes to cook. The employees just seemed to haveno care in the world and could care less that as a customer I had to wait 25 minutes at a McDonald?s to get my food. Yet duringthis time employees had friends coming in making them food and handing it to them right away. Or workers wanting milkshakes anddemanding they fix it right then before customer orders.
