Restaurant software for servers is hard to navigate. Food was excellent. Presumably new wait person, did not know where to look... up an ?Antipasto ?, she thought it was a pasta dish, she was not familiar with the menu possibilities of getting a hoagie in awrap. The food served in order of service was 1 piece of meat lovers, Antipasto, then the soup. This location changed ownershipbefore the pandemic , I have given them over 5 x to get their act together,this was the last I will darken their door. Update: They respond with a generic response to people's complaints. They responded with a comment we hope to make it up to you... next time. Why would there even be a next time? So unprofessional. Their reviews speak for themselves. I would do no stars Ifpossible. Walked out. Didn't honor our $25. gift card because it was old and they got a new register system. No expiration dateon the card. $ still on card. Told us they are new owners, same company name. You would think they would honor it to keep newcustomers that moved into the neighborhood. Bad business ethics. They cooked it & made milk shakes. We told them to keep themand we left. Unbelievable. Never will return. This used to be our go to place. But with each new owner the place has went down hill and the owners now are the worst ever by... far! We said we would never go here again after the last time when they tried not to give all the food that came with the meatand want to charge us more for it. Them charged us .75 for honey mustard and the service and food both sucked. Well we where ina jam and went back. We should have known better! This time we never had anyone even take or order so we just got up and left.That was prosthesis best thing to do any. This place is done for me. I had their meatlover pizza with thin crust so delicious first time eating there and we're definitely be back... A My friend she... had a vegetarian pizza with thin crust and she enjoyed her as well keep up the good work your food is delicious... We willdefinitely be returning and bringing friends... We have been coming here a long time and my son loves it. Last couple times we came in I was not a fan of the service. Not to... mention, for a tiny plate of cheese fries it was eight dollars and I was barely worth it. We were the only ones in here and Ipurposely sat where they could see us because a lot of times you sit behind the wall and you feel forgotten about. We were rightin front of them and the girl who took her order mumbled and just kind of stared at us and she never came back to offer usanything else to drink. We were not given silverware Or napkins. There?s normally napkin holders on the table but there wasn?tany on the table near us. We sat there for a while and we weren?t even given our check. When I stood up to go to the register agirl came out of nowhere and handed me a receipt. I truly felt like they didn?t want us there. It was just two girls in thewhole place running it. Once again, my son loves their food and I may come back if he asked me. However if it was up to me,their food is subpar and overpriced and their service has really gone downhill the last few times I was there.
