Food quality is always good here. The issue is the wait time. I waited 20 mins for my food today and then when I finally got it... home it was the wrong order. I wanted three wings, no wings. I wanted red beans and rice, no red beans and rice. I waited more than 5 minutes to give my... order and I waited a while to pay. The only thing good in my meal was the coleslaw, mashed potaties and biscuit, which is all iate. The Mac and cheese which is what I substituted for the red beans and rice was horrible. I arrived @ 10;15, they don't open until 10:30 for lunch..The nice young lady took my order, I was 4th in line, 3 ahead of me. I... placed my order which was a 12 piece mix of regular & spicy chicken, 2 sides of fries and 8 biscuits When I got to the window Iwas greeted with a smile then she said "ma'am it's going to be about 7 minutes for your children is that OK? Of course I said, pulling forward 2 car length. It was 4 minutes later she brought out my fresh warm chicken dinner. I tipped her $3 sayingthanks for the hospitality and speedy service.
