This is definitely one of the best places in Southern Illinois . It's upscale. Reservations recommended. Not open on slower days... like Mondays and Tuesdays for sure, and I know there's a third day as well. I've had almost everything in the menu, and it'schanged a couple times or more. I recommend everything. Not a joke. It's all fantastic. Southern Illinois doesn't have many"good" restaurants, just because of our location and financial status. Had a pleasant 1st time experience here at the Seasoning Bistro. The food was flavorful and cooked to order and the server was... attentive and friendly. The only complaint is that the aujus for the prime rib was extremely salty but that may have been justmy taste buds.
