This has to be one of the worst Sonics! The lady taking our order was rude & was obviously bothered by the fact we were placing... an order at 8:55pm...eventhough they do not close until 10pm. The carhop actually apologized to us bc she heard everything. Shethen told us the manager is always like that & is just tired & ready to go. She said they actually start closing at 8pm...??Chicken strips were burnt & hard. When asked about the white gravy that comes with them, we were told they're OUT per themanager! Love this restaurant. At the bottom of the receipt they put a scripture verse. I ordered 2 bacon, egg brioche sandwiches and... they were both made with no cheese (allergic to dairt) made them perfectly. Read more

The staff was quick to respond and get my order to the car, but they got the order wrong. When I asked them to fix it I was told... that they would do it " right away it will be to you in no time".
