We came with kids and felt absolutely unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We could not wait to leave! "No outside food" (ok,... no problem), no running around, no sitting there or there, no moving tables" and so on and on. The staff was like a police allover us during a short 30 min stay and rude. Over the past 5 years of wine tasting in Eastern Washington, this was the firstexperience like that EVER! My husband and I and our 2 kids have been to this place before, in 2019, so we wanted to take ourfriends there this time. We felt so embarrassed for the experience we've had! Afterwards, stopped at Fidélitas down the roadand had a wonderful time, with staff making us feel welcome, telling us about their winery and wine making process while we weretasting. We ended up buying a few bottles there and thankfully ended our day on a good note. Read more
