This place is going downhill. Went in today for a drink. Felt filthy. Drink station dirty. When i asked the employee who was... making pizza if they were out of all the syrups for adding flavor, he said ?god i f.$&@?$ hope not. I don?t appreciate thatlanguage. It was very offensive. Is it me or has this place just gone downhill, I mean I understand with all the covid stuff there is items that it's hard to get... but you can't tell me that with covid, covid has caused you to run out of chicken strips!! no I do believe you just didn't orderit. You have hot dogs but you have no hot dog buns but you're still selling the hot dogs on the hot warmer but for full priceand then when a customer asked if you're willing to sell them for half price you deny that???????? that's not good customerservice, also don't get me started on the pizza unfortunately the pizza look like it had been there for 5 years the lady triedtelling me it was only an hour old but the cheese was so dried up... I visit this location nearly daily. There are a couple employees who are interested in humans but more often than not, they are... too self-involved to provide a positive customer experience. Today was one of those days. 3 employees standing at the counters- chatting, on the phone. My 4-year old granddaughter slid and fell right in front of them. She began crying. Not a single oneof those employees bothered to look up, much less ask if she was okay. The man closest, who wasn't up our soda and a cookie,simply said, "anything else?". It's bad enough that K&G is overly expensive, their baked or fresh foods are awful, the mountainmachine has been in disrepair for months (the syrup flavors shoot straight out towards you, all over your clothes, the floor,etc), and hardly ever clean but since they've also chosen to forego basic human decency, we won't be back. Not the best gas station. Bathroom was filthy and even though it was 6am they had no hot breakfast items just cheese pizza.
